Starting with basic steps for girls and boys, be guided through a few basic dances before learning the basic steps for ladies and gentlemen. Following the basic steps for ladies and gentlemen, learn two dances reflective of those steps. The instructors throughout the lessons use "mirror image" which allows the student to grasp the movements faster, without having to remember that the instructor's movements are opposite of theirs.
